Assembly
Our award winners last week.

The Very Hungry Catperpillar
Our Kinder, Year 1 and Year 2 students travelled to Wagga with Mrs Meincke, Mrs McPake, Miss Parker & Mrs Brewer on Friday the 21st of May to watch a combination of Eric Carle stories - Hungry Caterpillar, Brown Bear Brown Bear and The Very Busy Spider.
The children really enjoyed the show and the play in the park at Temora.

Simultaneous Story Time and Book Fair
Another successful St Mary's Book Fair was held on Wednesday. Parents joined with their children for a shared reading of Give Me Some Space by Phil Bunting and then browsed the books in the hall. The Book Fair sold over $2700 worth of books.
Thanks to the support of our students and parents, each class teacher was able to choose $120 worth of books for their classroom library.
Thanks to Mrs Neilsen for helping to set up and pack up the Book Fair and to Mrs Gaynor and Mrs Buttenshaw for helping with the book sales.
Mrs Daniher runs a Book Fair raffle for each class and the winners get to choose a $10 book from the selection on sale. The lucky winners were:
Annabelle Brose, Harriet Bell, Billy Pettit, Zahli Cattle, Jess Hardie, Bobby Bryant and Nate Pursehouse.

Outdoor Learning Space
Our outdoor learning space is currently in construction, and below are pictures which show the current progress. It is very exciting to see it change each week.
