ATHLETICS CARNIVAL
Due to the wet conditions yesterday morning we have had to postpone our athletics carnival.
THANK YOU to the parents and friends who assisted with the events that were completed and to the canteen volunteers.
NEW DATE for our athletics carnival will be Wednesday 23 May.
As the carnival will be shorter all students are expected to report to school in the morning and walk with their classes to the oval to start the carnival at approximately 9.30am.
Kinder, Year 1 and Year 2 (7 year olds) will walk to the ground at the same time.
A canteen will operate at McAlister Oval. It will be catering for pre-ordered lunches only but will sell snacks and baked treats during the day. All classes can buy the treats and order lunch. You can also send your child with their recess/lunch.
Your child’s lunch order should be sent to the school office in a brown lunch bag with the money before 18 May. Please refer to the special menu in the canteen communication section of this newsletter.
We are hoping we can count on the same parent volunteers for the field/track events. If you cannot help on that day please let the
