On Wednesday students from years 5 and 6 travelled to Wagga Wagga to compete in the annual Paul Kelly Cup AFL competition.  Both boys and girls sides braved the cold conditions to compete in three games each.

The competition was tough but each side was able to come away with one win each; the girls winning their match quite convincingly and Sam Tulloch kicking a goal in the very last second of the game to seal a win for the boys.

We would like to thank Mick Rees and Ben O’Kane for giving up their time to coach the teams and for travelling to be with students at Wagga.  We would also like to thank Mrs Mangelsdorf, Mrs Manchur and parents for travelling with students on the day.
